BCC Fuba India Limited, incorporated in September, 1985 was among the first professionalgrade PCB manufacturers in India. The company originated as a joint venture with Fuba Hans Kolbe Co., Germany, Europes largest PCB manufacturer, and DEG, a leading European financial institution during 1990. The Company is the single largest manufacturer of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) in Europe. DEG is a German financial company established for investment in developing countries. Together, these two collaborators held about 40% of the Companys equity. The facility was equipped with stateoftheart machinery imported from Germany, Italy, France, the UK, the USA, and China. This technological foundation combined the worlds best manufacturing and quality control processes with unique methods developed by Fuba Hans Kolbe Co. Over the years, the Company has consistently upgraded with evolving technologies and customer requirements. In alignment with its longterm strategic vision, the Company acquired ioGems Technologies Private Limited. This acquisition marks the groups expansion beyond traditional PCB manufacturing into the domain of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS). Through this forward integration, the Company provide endtoend solutions from raw PCB production to fully assembled boards ready for integration into electronic devices. During the past five years, the company was making losses due to the violation of 75% buyback agreement by BCCs foreign collaborator low demand for indigenous PCBs and the severe competition from the competitors and various other reasons. As a result it was declared a sick company and was referred to BIFR.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹72.75 crore and profit touched at ₹5.76 crore.
