It had no operations during the year 201516.The Company has altered its Object Clause in the ExtraOrdinary General Meeting of the Company on 16 December 2023, thereby changing its main object to Manufacture of Electric Buses and coaches during the Financial Year 202324.The Company focused towards the manufacturing, assembly, and trading of electric buses in FY2425.As a pureplay contract manufacturer, the Company serves as the core production backbone for leading OEMs and largescale fleet operators. It operate flexible, modular assembly lines capable of manufacturing 9meter and 12meter city ebuses as well as highcapacity intercity coaches. By strengthening its local vendor network for structural components and body fabrication, it continue to optimize the bill of materials costs with domestic localization mandates.
