Adjia Technologies Limited was incorporated as Adjia Technologies Private Limited dated December 22, 2015 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Further, the Company got converted into a Public Company and the name was changed to Adjia Technologies Limited with effect from December 09, 2020 vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued the Registrar of Companies.The Company commenced its major business activities in 2019 and operates within the rapidly evolving immersive technology industry, specializing in Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and 360 content solutions. These technologies are transforming key sectors such as education, real estate, tourism, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and entertainment, driven by the demand for interactive, engaging, and innovative experiences.In the education sector, immersive learning environments are enhancing knowledge retention and student engagement. Real estate and tourism are leveraging 360 virtual tours to offer lifelike property walkthroughs and destination previews. Healthcare applications are expanding, with AR/VR being used for medical training, patient rehabilitation, and advanced diagnostics. The entertainment sector continues to push boundaries with AR/VRpowered gaming, storytelling, and live event experiences, redefining how audiences connect with content.The Company raised funds from public by issuing 2,70,400 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs 2 Crore on 4th March, 2021.
