For investors looking for IPOs, especially in the pharmaceutical sector, here’s the list for 2026.

ABH Healthcare IPO
ABH Healthcare is the listing entity behind the Anil Baghi Hospital in Ferozepur, Punjab, which has operated since 1985. The company acquired the hospital in 2022 and now runs it under its own name.
It runs 150 beds across 25 specialities, cardiology and gastroenterology among them. The hospital holds tie-ups with more than 30 insurers plus several government health schemes, including ECHS and Ayushman Bharat.
In FY2026, the hospital treated 6,387 inpatients and logged 53,212 outpatient consultations. This is run by a doctor-led team of 37 doctors and 101 nurses as of June 2026, supported by a total workforce of 309. Promoters Dr Kamal Baghi, Dr Saurabh Baghi, and Dr Vaishali Saini hold the reins, with plans to expand into oncology and cardiothoracic and vascular surgery down the line.
At just under ₹35 crore, this is a small raise next to the two mainboard pharma issues below. It is priced at ₹96 to ₹102 per share, with a lot size of 2,400 shares. Subscription opens on 24 August 2026 and closes on 26 August, with allotment on 27 August and listing on NSE SME on 31 August. Fedex Securities is the book-running lead manager, and Bigshare Services is the registrar. The money raised is going towards debt repayment and general corporate needs.
Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO
Symbiotec Pharmalab is an Indore-based contract development and manufacturing organisation with a strong presence in corticosteroid and steroidal-hormone active pharmaceutical ingredients. It commands a global volume market share of over 36% in the former category and over 44% in the latter.
The company operates two API manufacturing facilities and has built its business across biotechnology, organic chemistry, and complex injectables, serving speciality pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies globally.
Its mainboard IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹150 crore, largely earmarked for partial debt repayment, alongside an offer for sale of ₹1,607 crore by promoters and existing investors. Backed by Rosewood Investments and Motilal Oswal, the issue values the company at over ₹6,300 crore at the upper end of its price band.
The price band has been set at ₹938 to ₹988 per share, with a lot size of 15 shares, taking the minimum retail investment to roughly ₹14,820. Subscription runs from 24 to 27 August 2026, with allotment expected on 28 August and listing on BSE and NSE pencilled in for 1 September.
JM Financial, Avendus Capital, Motilal Oswal, and Nomura Financial are acting as book-running lead managers, with MUFG Intime India as registrar. Of the fresh issue proceeds, ₹112.5 crore will go towards paring down the company's outstanding borrowings of ₹349.7 crore as of March 2026, with the rest kept for general corporate purposes.
Hindustan Laboratories IPO
Hindustan Laboratories is a Mumbai-headquartered pharmaceutical company focused on the large-scale manufacturing and supply of generic medicines to government institutions. Incorporated in 2017, the company has built a wide therapeutic portfolio spanning anti-allergic, anti-diabetic, anti-infective, anti-malarial, antiparasitic, blood-related, cardiac, gastrointestinal, keratolytic, pain and analgesic, and respiratory medicines, along with nutritional and vitamin supplements.
The company’s supply network covers 27 states and Union Territories. In the six months ended September 2025, it served 343 customers. For comparison, the customer count stood at 445 in FY2025, 474 in FY2024 and 439 in FY2023.
Financially, it reported revenue of ₹227.37 crore in FY2025, up from ₹194.33 crore a year earlier. Profit also increased during the period, rising from ₹34.14 crore in FY2024 to ₹41.27 crore in FY2025.
SEBI approved the Hindustan Laboratories IPO in April 2026, with the approval remaining valid for 12 months. The company is yet to announce a launch date and is waiting for market conditions to become more favourable.
The IPO will be a book-built issue of up to 1.41 crore equity shares. This includes a fresh issue of up to 0.50 crore shares and an offer for sale of up to 0.91 crore shares by existing shareholders. Each share has a face value of ₹10.
Choice Capital Advisors is the book-running lead manager, with MUFG Intime India serving as registrar. Price band, lot size, and exact subscription dates remain undeclared at this stage, so investors will need to watch for the draft prospectus update closer to launch.
PharmEasy IPO (On Hold)
Unlike the three issues above, PharmEasy withdrew its IPO application to focus on cost optimisation and improving cash flows, before targeting a future listing.
The digital health platform, known for online pharmacy delivery, diagnostics, and tele-consultation, carries strong brand recall built up over several years of operations. Any eventual listing is likely to draw significant attention given the scale of India's online pharmacy and doorstep diagnostics market, though the company's continuing path to profitability may shape how the issue is eventually structured and priced.
Investors should treat this as a name to monitor rather than one to plan around until a formal announcement.
Conclusion
Three very different businesses make up this year's pharma IPO line-up. ABH Healthcare offers a regional hospital play with a small cheque size, Symbiotec brings API manufacturing scale, and Hindustan Laboratories leans on government generics contracts. None of them should be judged on headline numbers alone; the RHP is where the real picture sits.
