Veljan Denison Limited, formerly known Denison Hydraulics India Limited was incorporated in 1973 at Hyderabad. The Company was renamed to Veljan Denison Limited in the year 2010. The Company is engaged in the business of Manufacturing of Hydraulic Pumps, Motors, Valves and Custom Built Power Packs which are used in both industrial and mobile systems. It offers complete turnkey systems for project including erection, installation and commissioning.Veljans Group Company, Veljan Denison Ltd., manufactures Hydraulic Pumps, Motors, Valves and Custombuilt Power systems. The Vane Pumps in four basic frame sizes are available in Single, Double, Triple and Drive Train configurations with rated pressures upto 4650 psi (320 bar) and flows ranging from 2 to 105 gpm (7.5 to 397 lpm) in Single Pump. Vane Motors in four basic frame sizes feature reversible shaft rotation with a wide choice of torque ratings and port locations. These are rated for pressures upto 3340 psi (230 bar) and speeds upto 4000 rpm. Veljan has the products Hydraulics: Cylinders, Piston Pumps, Vane Pumps Motors, Pressure controls, Flow controls, Directional controls, Check Valves, Seat Valves, Stack Valves, Custombuilt Manifolds and Systems, Pneumatics: Air Cylinders, FRLs, Directional Controls Systems and expertise to provide complete solutions in all applications such as marine, energy, mobile and industrial segments. With its own inhouse product development enhancement, expansion of product range is an ongoing process at Veljan to meet the market demands.The Company has been ramping up its technology development efforts in recent years. A number of design improvements to push the operating envelope of existing products are being implemented both through internal RD efforts and through external partnerships during the year 2025.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹167.18 crore and profit touched at ₹25.84 crore.
