TVS Motor Company Ltd, incorporated in 1978, was founded by the TVS Group under the leadership of T. Sundaram Iyengar and family. The company’s registered office is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. TVS Motor is listed on both the NSE (TVSMOTOR) and BSE (532343). As one of India’s leading two- and three-wheeler manufacturers, TVS designs, produces, and sells motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, and electric
vehicles. It serves domestic and international markets through an extensive distribution network.
