Sri Lotus Developers Realty Limited was incorporated as AKP Holdings Private Limited, pursuant to Certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, at Mumbai on February 17, 2015. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to AKP Holdings Limited, upon conversion into a Public Company, on December 05, 2024. Thereafter, the name was changed to Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited, and a fresh Certificate of Change of Name was issued on December 16, 2024, by the RoC.The Company is a developer of residential and commercial premises in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with a focus in Redevelopment Projects in the Ultra Luxury Segment and Luxury Segment in the western suburbs. The Company acquired land for business operations in western suburbs of Mumbai in 2017, focusing on the ultraluxury and luxury residential properties market. In 2019, it launched residential project Ananya commercial project Signature.In 2021, Company further launched residential project Ayana, launched commercial project Arc One in 2022 launched Residential project Amalfi, Residential project The Arcadian in 2024. The Company has merged with its four wholly owned subsidiaries, Tryksha Projects Private Limited, Veer Savarkar Projects Private Limited, Zinnia Projects Private Limited and Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Holdings Private Limited into the Company in 2024. Company made a fresh issue of 52,813,724 equity shares of face value of Re 1 each by raising Rs 792 Crore by way of IPO on August 1, 2025.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹569.28 crore and profit touched at ₹227.89 crore. As of Dec '25, SRI LOTUS DEVLPRS N RTY L’s market capitalisation stood at ₹6,838.71 crores. Shareholding as of Dec '25 shows promoters holding 81.9%, with FIIs at 1.8%, DIIs at 2.8%, and public at 13.5%.
