Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited is a NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India under the category of Investment and Credit Company (NBFCICC). The Company is engaged in the business of investment and trading in shares and securities and lendingactivities. The Company was incorporated in January 1983. All the prudential norms for asset classification, income recognition, provisioning etc., are applicable to NBFCs in India. Since the asset size of the Company along with its group companies is more than 1000 Crores, the Company is following Master Direction Reserve Bank of India (NonBanking Financial Company Scale Based Regulation) Directions, 2023, as amended.In 2017, Aroni Commercials Limited got amalgamated with the Company via Scheme of Amalgamation, making it effective on 31 March, 2017. Sareshwar Trading and Finance Pvt. Ltd. and Arkaya Commercial Pvt Ltd were formed as subsidiary companies effective on 31 March, 2017. The Company allotted 7,90,593 Equity Shares on 29th May, 2017 through the Scheme of Amalgamation to shareholders of Aroni Commercials Limited.In FY2026, a total of 366 Companies entered the IPO market, including 112 mainboard IPOs and a record 254 SME IPOs, raising a total of Rs. 1.9 trillion. Out of this, mainboard IPOs raised Rs. 1.8 trillion, while SME IPOs contributed the remaining amount. Nearly 90% of the IPOs were launched during the first nine months of financial year 202526. Despite this, the total funds raised remained similar to FY2025. The average issue size formainboard IPOs stood at Rs. 1,598 crore in the Indian market during FY26. .
