Registered as Indian Private Company, Omega Interactive Technologies Limited was incorporated on March 22, 1994. The Company is principally engaged in the business of software activities including development and consulting of software. Due to severe recession in the global information technology industry, companys performance declined during the year 200001. The export of software was reduced almost by 40% over the previous year.However the company made a significant business development achievement and signed a contract with the division of a global transnational investment bank. This bank is a clearing house to 650 independent institutional and retail financial organisations located in 9 offices worldwide and provides a full range of investment related products and services to financial services community.Companys subsidiary, Omega Portals Ltd was renamed as Omega Portals Private Limited in 200001. In 201213, a Scheme of Amalgamation of the subsidiaries i.e. Mykindasite International Private Limited and Malvern Trading Private Limited with the Company was filed with the Honourable High Court of Judicature at Bombay and the above said companies were transferred to the Company as a going concern from October 1, 2011.During the year 202425, Company has approved to change an object clause of memorandum in order to enter n diverse business activities including manpower recruitment and staffing services across all levels, both in India and abroad production, distribution, and exhibition of films, web series, and other audiovisual content, along with the use of AI and related technologies in media and entertainment development and provision of software and AI solutions, particularly for the healthcare sector, and offering ITenabled services such as data processing and transcription dealing in computer hardware, software, and IT education development of systems and application software including internetbased solutions digital marketing, advertising, and franchising of its services and products globally manufacturing, processing, trading, and exporting agricultural and food products designing, manufacturing, and trading of jewellery, precious metals, stones, antiques, and related luxury goods real estate development including residential, commercial, and industrial properties and undertaking construction and infrastructure projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and public utilities, along with associated design, management, leasing, and sales activities.

For the full year FY2012–2013, revenue reached ₹0.09 crore and profit touched at ₹-0.38 crore.
