The Company was amalgamated with its 100% subsidiary Vinay Kumar Family Trading Holding Company Limited in 201112 through the Scheme of Amalgamation implemented and the said Scheme effective from 01.04.2011.The Company is in the business of construction of residential and commercial complexes having completed projects in Kalyan city of MMR Region and Surat City of Gujarat. Also the company is in the business of investing in shares of various companies and providing short term and long term strategic finance for real estate projects with the objective of maximizing return on shareholders wealth.In 201819, the Company completed the project Mark Point through its partnership firm Mark Developers, Surat. Also, it completed the construction of commercial cum residential tower at Bail Bazar, Kalyan West through sole proprietorship Om Vasistha Developers.At present, the Company is working to create an environment of innovation and learning.
