Nyssa Corporation Limited was initially incorporated as Ravinay Trading Company Limited in April 1981. Name of the Company as changed to Nyssa Corporation Limited on March 11, 2014. The Company was amalgamated with its 100% subsidiary Vinay Kumar Family Trading Holding Company Limited in 201112 through the Scheme of Amalgamation implemented and the said Scheme effective from 01.04.2011.The Company is in the business of construction of residential and commercial complexes having completed projects in Kalyan city of MMR Region and Surat City of Gujarat. Also the company is in the business of investing in shares of various companies and providing short term and long term strategic finance for real estate projects with the objective of maximizing return on shareholders wealth.In 201819, the Company completed the project Mark Point through its partnership firm Mark Developers, Surat. Also, it completed the construction of commercial cum residential tower at Bail Bazar, Kalyan West through sole proprietorship Om Vasistha Developers.At present, the Company is working to create an environment of innovation and learning. This objective enables to help customers across the world to gain the affordable products at agreed price, also is a growing organization, with products supply across the India to create a slew of real estate assets that will create fixed rental income to take care of fixed administrative and other expenses to run the operations.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹5.37 crore and profit touched at ₹0.36 crore.
