Nephrocare Health Services Limited was incorporated as Nephrocare Health Services Private Limited, a private limited company at Hyderabad with a certificate of incorporation issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh on December 18, 2009. Company was converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to Nephrocare Health Services Limited with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 18, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.The Company set out to address critical gaps in dialysis care through better access, higher clinical standards and a patientfirst approach. It provides comprehensive dialysis care through a network of clinics from diagnosis to treatment and wellness programs including haemodialysis, home and mobile dialysis, supported by pharmacy. The Company the business in 2010 with the launch of its first dialysis clinic in Hyderabad. It launched first Public Private Partnership (PPP) clinic in Sananth Nagar, Hyderabad in 2012 acquired 100% stake in DaVita Care (India) Private Limited, the Indian arm of DaVita Care Pte Ltd. in 2018 launched operations in Philippines by acquiring Royal Care Dialysis Center, Inc in 2020.The Company acquired 6 clinics dialysis network with 35000 annual tretaments in 2023 . Further, it has acquired a chain of 7 clinics dialysis network such as AIZ Hemodialysis Center Inc., Bioregen Hemo Center Inc., Carmona Dialysis System Inc., Infini Care Health Systems Inc., and Kolff Dialysis Inc. in FY25. Company came up with the IPO by issuing 18,943,264 Equity Shares having the face value of Rs 2 each and raised funds aggregating to Rs 871.04 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 7,690,162 Equity Shares amounting to Rs 353.4 crore and the offer for sale of 11,253,102 Equity shares amounting to Rs 517.64 crore on December 12, 2025.During FY 2026, Company built an integrated technology ecosystem that connects patients, clinicians, operations, and enterprise functions through cloud computing, artificial intelligence, automation, and datadriven insights. It further expanded the AI platform patient engagement, clinical workflows, operations, and business functions to scale the operations. The Company served 1400+ guests across 6 clinics in 2026. .

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹1023.36 crore and profit touched at ₹79.93 crore. As of Jun '26, Nephrocare Health Services’s market capitalisation stood at ₹7,009.47 crores. Shareholding as of Jun '26 shows promoters holding 63.8%, with FIIs at 8.8%, DIIs at 9%, and public at 18.3%.
