Naturo Indiabull Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name IT Indiabull Private Limitedon September 02, 2016. Subsequently, name was changed to Naturo Indiabull Private Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained on February 03, 2022. Further, Company got converted into Public Limited Company, on March 09 ,2022 in the name of Naturo Indiabull Limited.The Company has diversified its business operations over the years. Initially engaged in trading health care products, herbal juices, soaps, shampoos, sanitary pads, and other FMCG products, the Company has expanded its scope to include the manufacturing of fertilizers, chemicals, and other agricultural and industrial items. The Company is also involved in providing comprehensive transportation logistics services, including the transport of goods and persons across various mediumsland, sea, and air.The Company has operations in Jaipur, Rajasthan. However, from November 2019, Company entered into FMCG Business to carry on the business of garments, textiles, jewellery, FMCG, Real Estate, StoneMines, Herbal Products, Automobile, Printing, Share Trading, providing education, Agriculture Seeds and Fertilizers, Hospitality and Food items through directly and/or through the network of members, consultants, Bonafide commission agents, franchises, associates and distributors of multilevel marketing through network publicity, market research analysis, surveys, organizing events, contest, seminar and other advertising and related outdoor activities, as it found that to be more advantageous and profitable.The Company made a fresh issue by allotting 36,40,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising funds by way of IPO aggregating to Rs 10.92 Cr in August, 2022. As of March 9, 2024, Company has broadened its business scope to include: fleet carriers and heavy machinery production and distribution of agricultural chemicals and related products and enhancing its logistics services including, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain management.
