KSR Footwear Share Price

KSR Footwear Limited was incorporated on August 22, 2023, at Kolkata as a public limited company and was granted the certificate of incorporation by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Prior to the effectiveness of the Scheme, Company was a Whollyowned subsidiary of Khadim India Limited. Now, the Company has become subsidiary of Khadim Development Company Private Limited. A Scheme of Arrangement was entered into between Khadim India Limited (KIL) and the Company, which provided for inter alia the Demerger of the Distribution business of KIL into the Company. Pursuant to the Scheme, the Distribution business of Khadim India Limited got demerged into the Company and the Honble NCLT sanctioned the Scheme on March 27, 2025. The Scheme was operative from April 1, 2025 and became effective on May 1, 2025. 1,83,78,382 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each were issued and allotted by the Company to the shareholders of Khadim India Limited as per the Share Entitlement Ratio of 1:1 as consideration for the Demerger.At present, Company is engaged in the business of footwear manufacturing and wholesale trading.
