Kiran Vyapar Limited was incorporated on 23 May, 1995 as a Private Limited Company. The Company was then converted into a Public Limited Company on 14 August, 2012 and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon conversion to Public Company was obtained and included in its Memorandum and Articles of Association. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Limited.The Company is a NonBanking Financial Company registered with Reserve Bank of India. Company is engaged in the business of investments, trading and dealing in shares and securities, mutual funds, venture capital funds, loan financing and carrying on business in accordance with the regulatory framework mandated by the laws of land, including Reserve Bank of India.In 201314, the Scheme of Arrangement between Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Ltd. and the Company was implemented, which entailed the demerger of the Investment Division of Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Ltd to the Company and the said Scheme became effective from April 1, 2012. The Company has allotted 25,920,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/ each fully paid up on October 15, 2013 to the shareholders of MSUM on October 10, 2013, in the ratio of One equity share of the Company for every One equity share held in MSUM.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹113.51 crore and profit touched at ₹34.84 crore.
