Founded in: 1983
Jayatma Industries Limited was initially incorporated as a private Limited Company in the name of Santaram Spinners Private Limited in 1983. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Santaram Spinners Limited in 1994. It pioneered in the openend yarn and industrial yarns. The name of the Company was further changed from Santaram Spinners Limited to Jayatma Industries Limited on November 27, 2018. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and trading of cotton Kapas, ginning cotton bales, raw oil and its agro by products and yarn.Established since 1955, the Company has presence in the entire gamut of cotton textiles value chain. Over the years, the Company has been achieving a steady and wellbalanced growth with a complete business network over several geographical locations internationally including many in domestic market.
