Ishwarshakti Holding Traders Limited is a listed entity incorporated on September 07, 1983. The Company is also registered as a NonBanking Finance Company with the Reserve Bank of India vide registration certificate No. 13.00633 issued dated April 07, 1998. It is involved in the business of providing financial services and trading and investment in the securities market.The Board of Directors of the Company vide its Resolution dated 25th February, 2022 approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement of Demerger of Sugar business between the Company and other body Corporates. The said Scheme was approved by The Hble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench vide its order dated 10th April, 2024 and made functional from April 1, 2021. In terms of the Scheme of Arrangement of Seksaria Industries Private Limited and Seksaria Agritech Private Limited and the Company with Seksaria Finance Limited and their respective shareholders, 4,90,000 Equity shares of Seksaria Agritech Pvt Ltd were allotted to the Company on 15th October,2024. The same was transferred to Seksaria Finance Limited on 25th October, 2024 in terms of the Scheme of Arrangement .
