Frog Cellsat Limited was incorporated on July 12, 2004 as a Private limited company as Frog Cellsat Private Limited. Company converted the status into Public Limited Company and the name changed to Frog Cellsat Limited dated March 25, 2014. Later, Company renamed from Frog Cellsat Limited to Frog Innovations Limited with the prior consent from Registrar of Companies dated October 7, 2025. The Company manufactures costeffective inbuilding coverage solutions and mobile network accessories for mobile service providers and operators. It also provides installations, repair and maintenance services. Apart from this, it also offer InBuilding Coverage Planning and Design services along with Radio Access Network (RAN) and Backhaul Network installation services. It operates two production units, one located in Noida and second one located in Dehradun.In October 2022, Company made an IPO by issuing upto 40,75,200 Equity Shares by raising funds aggregating to Rs. 41.57 Cr. In 202324, Company launched several cuttingedge products, such as the 5G DAS and VHF DAS. Company commissioned a new facility in Noida with a floor area of 1.6 lakh square feet in 2024.The Company commissioned a new Surface Mount Technology (SMT) line by diversifying the business activities in FY 2025. It launched new products like SFPs, IP/CCTV Cameras, Power Adapters, ONTs.The Company added Active DAS Solution for 5G, VHF Repeater, Smart Mini Booster, Noise Shield Solution, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), AIdriven video analytics (AI EYE), Digital Connectivity Rating Agency (DCRA), 5G Site Implementation s ervices, Mitigation Filters and Enhanced Mobile Connectivity solutions for defence sector and nextgeneration connectivity solutions including Get Five Bars and ONT products in FY26. It entered into intelligent surveillance with the launch of AI EYE, the AIdriven analytics platform during the year 2026.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹109.49 crore and profit touched at ₹-1.57 crore.
