Exicom TeleSystems Limited was initially incorporated as Himachal Exicom Communications Limited, a Public Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh situated at Jalandhar on May 9, 1994. The Company was granted a Certificate of Commencement of Business on May 11, 1994, by the Registrar of Companies at Jalandhar. The name of Company was changed to Exicom TeleSystems Limited, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on August 11, 2008.The company is an India headquartered power management solutions provider, operating under two business verticals: electric vehicle (EV Chargers) Solutions Business, to provide smart charging systems with innovative technology for residential, business, and public charging use in India and critical power solutions business, to design, manufacture and service critical digital infrastructure technology to deliver overall energy management at telecommunications sites and enterprise environments in India and overseas. In 1995, the Company started manufacturing of DC Power Systems at the erstwhile Solan facility. In 2012, it formed wholly owned subsidiary, Exicom TeleSystems (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., in Singapore acquired indirect subsidiary, Horizon TeleSystems SDN BHD, in Malaysia. It commenced trading of Liion based energy storage batteries for telecommunication infrastructure in 2013 launched renewable hybrid power solutions for telecommunication towers in 2015 thereafter, started production of DC Power Systems at Gurugram Facility I in 2016 launched critical power solutions in Africa in 2018. Later, in 2022, the Company started manufacturing of EV Chargers at Gurugram Facility I thereafter, it divested business and assets related to the manufacturing and service of the Liion batteries of electric vehicles on a slump sale basis to Exicom Energy Systems Private Limited. It started production of Liion batteries at Gurugram Facility II at Haryana in 2023. Further, the Company incorporated Horizon Power Solutions L.L.CFZ, in Dubai, as wholly owned subsidiary in 202324 followed by acquisition of Exicom Power Solutions B.V., in Netherlands as wholly owned subsidiary in 2024. The Company launched an IPO aggregating an issuance of 30,211,200 equity shares having the face value of Rs 10 by raising funds aggregating to Rs 429 Crore, comprising a fresh issue of 23,169,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 329 Crore and offer for sale of 7,042,200 equity shares aggregating to Rs 100 Crore in February, 2024.In FY 2025, Company launched its nextgeneration DC fast charger, Harmony Direct 2.0, to address the markets need for greater reliability andsuperior operational economics. New product launched for 1 KW,2KW,3KW 4 KW rectifiers ranging from small cell to macro sites to main switching centers during the year. The key priority was the acquisition of Tritiums engineering expertise and market access with Exicoms manufacturing prowess and operational scale in FY 2025. The Company has acquired Tritiums DC fast charging technology, including the 75kW RTM 75 Fast Charger, 300kW Distributed PKM 150 Chargers, and launch of 800kW TriFlex UltraFast Charger.In 2026, the Company commissioned 10 BESS projects. It opened the new Hyderabad facility, launched Exicom One integrated charging solution, launched Harmony DC Chargers Gen 2.0 platform and acquired the Tritium product platform through initial deployments.
