The name of the Company was changed from Kirti Finvest Limited to Sagar Productions Limited in May 2010 and presently the Company has attained a new name Epuja Spiritech Limited with due approval from the Registrar of Companies in 2024. Initially, the Company was engaged in financing share trading and investments in India.In FY 2024, the Company underwent a change in business rebranding from media/finance entity to a focused spiritual technology entity, Presently, the Companys main business involves offering ePuja, havans, astrology services, Panditathome, and spiritual tourism, focusing on providing, managing, and delivering religious ceremonies via a digital platform.
