Endurance Technologies Limited has come a long way since it started back in 1985 with just two aluminium die-casting machines. Now, it’s a major name in the automotive component world, running 34 manufacturing plants spread out across key automotive regions. The company’s network makes it easy to serve all the big automotive hubs, keeping them right in the centre of industry action.
The company offers a variety of products such as die-casting, suspension, braking, and transmission systems. It also produces aluminium forgings and embedded electronics. It maintains deep relationships with world-renowned Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The company is headquartered in Aurangabad and is listed on both the National Stock Exchange as NSE: ENDURANCE and the Bombay Stock Exchange as BOM: 540153.
Endurance Technologies Business Segments And Revenue Model
The business operates through several core product verticals that cater to two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers. The major source of income is the manufacture and sale of aluminium die-casting products, which are vital for engine and transmission parts in modern vehicles. The company is also a leading supplier of suspension systems, producing front forks and shock absorbers.
It also earns from its braking systems and transmission components such as clutches and Continuous Variable Transmissions (CVTs). Endurance Technologies is expanding its aftermarket segment by selling spare parts and vehicle components through a vast distribution network. Beyond India, the company has established a firm foothold in Europe through its subsidiaries. They focus on high-end aluminium die-casting and machining for four-wheeler OEMs.

- It uses technologies such as decanters and volute presses to reduce the moisture content in waste materials, thereby minimising environmental impact.
- The company has initiated on-site recycling of aluminium scrap to promote the circular economy.
- All manufacturing plants have Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs).
- Many facilities are adopting Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems to ensure 100% reuse of treated water.
