DCM Shriram International Limited was incorporated as a Public limited company and a Certificate of Incorporation dated September 07, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Manesar. The Company is engaged in business of Rayon, Nylon, Nylon Tyre cord, greige fabrics and industrial yarns etc. Prior to the Demerger, Company was a wholly owned subsidiary of DCM Shriram Industries Limited. The main object of the Company is to carry on the business of design, development, manufacturing and sale of commercial vehicles. Pursuant to the NCLTsanctioned Scheme, the Rayon Undertakingwhich includes the Rayon business, Defence, and the Engineering Projects Sectionhas been demerged and vested into the Company with effect from April 1, 2023. As a result, Company has emerged as an independent corporate entity specifically focused on the growth and expansion of the Rayon and Engineering businesses effective from 17th December,2025. In terms of the said Scheme, 8,69,92,185 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each fully paid up have been allotted to the shareholders of DCM ShriramIndustries Limited on 26 December, 2025.A Husk Pellet Machine has been installed during FY26 to enhance operational efficiency and reduce impurities in husk. 300 KLD system for the recovery of hazardous materials is made operational in 2026. The Fabrication Unit in Kota, Rajasthan became operational in 2026.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹464.94 crore and profit touched at ₹-12 crore.
