Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited was originally incorporated on 28 January, 1999 as Unique Solutions (India) Private Limited at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The name of the Company was changed to Cell Exchange (India) Private Limited on January 21, 2003 and subsequently to Cambridge Technology Enterprises Private Limited on 12 March, 2004 which was reverted back to its old name i.e. Cell Exchange (India) Private Limited on 22 July, 2004 and on 16 March, 2005 the name was changed to Cambridge Technology Enterprises Private Limited. Thereafter the status of the Company was converted into a Public Company and the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh had issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on such conversion on March 31, 2006 to the present name Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited.The Company primarily operates in the software development. The subsidiaries, Reilly and Associates Inc., ComCreation Inc., and Cell Exchange Inc., USA got merged with Cambridge Technology Enterprises Inc., USA. in 2011. In July 11, Company launched The University of Cloud (UoC), in partnership with QSoft.During year 201213, the Company made a petition with the High Court of Karnataka which envisaged merger between Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Cambridge Technology India Private Limited (CTIPL), Bangalore, effective from 1st April, 2012. Cambridge Technology Inc USA. was incorporated as new subsidiary to the Company during year 201415. Cambridge Technology India Private Limited ceased to be Subsidiary of Company during 201415. During the year 201516, two new companies got incorporated as subsidiaries to Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd viz., Cambridge Technology Investments Pte. Ltd., Singapore and Cambridge Bizserve Private Limited, India.A subsidiary and a stepdown subsidiary to Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd were incorporated viz., Cambridge innovations Private Ltd., India and Cambridge Innovations Capital LLC, USA respectively during FY 201617. During FY 201718, a new entity was incorporated as a stepdown subsidiary to Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd viz., Cambridge Bizserve Inc., Philippines, a subsidiary of Cambridge Technology Inc., USA, a wholly owned subsidiary to company. M/s Kupfer Management Pte Limited, Singapore, ceased to be Step down Subsidiary of the Company during the year 2019. Cambridge Bizserve Private Limited Cambridge Innovations Private Limited ceased to be Subsidiaries of the Company during the financial year 201920 and M/s Cloud Computing Global Pte. Ltd., Singapore ceased to be Stepdown Subsidiary of the Company in April 2020. Cambridge Technology Investments Pte. Ltd., Singapore, wholly owned subsidiary of the company has setup a wholly owned subsidiary in Malaysia by name CT Software Solutions Sdn. Bhd. during the year 202021. Cambridge Technology Investments Pte. Ltd., Singapore has subscribed towards 50 shares in Joint Venture Company named ECD CTL Pte. Ltd., which amounts to 50% interest in Joint Venture entity during FY 201920, and ECD CTL Pte. Ltd., ceased to be step down Joint Venture of the company during 202021.FA Software Services Private Limited was made a Subsidiary of the Company upon the acquisition of 80% of voting rights/equity shares of FA Software Services Private Limited in 2023. Similarly, CTE Web Apps Private Limited was incorporated as Wholly Owned Subsidiary during the period ended March 31, 2023.The Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary under the name N2T1 AI Solutions Private Limited on April 21, 2024.Apart from these, Company help create custom apps that drive personalization, engagement, user experiences and increase timetomarket.
