BLS Polymers Share Price

BLS Polymers Limited was incorporated as a public limited Company pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated January 16, 1991 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi. Further, a Certificate for Commencement of Business dated April 23, 1991 was issued to the Company by the Additional Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi. The Company is a manufacturer/trader of multiple grades of custom formulated polymer compounds, catering to diversified critical industries such as telecommunication, power, railways, water, oil and gas distribution, among others. In 2001, Company established a manufacturing unit in Goa to manufacture PVC compounds, cable filling compound, LDPE black sheathing compound, MDPE insulation compound and Polythene Insulated Jelly Filled (PIJF) cables. Through approval for cable filling compound from a Miniratna CPSE telecommunication company, Company diversified the business activities by manufacturing of HDPE black compounds in 2008. In 2016, it launched ERP software for facilitating centralized data management. It diversified the product by manufacturing halogenfree flame retardant polymer compounds, used for cable insulation in 2017 diversified by manufacturing antitracking polyethylene compounds for optical fibre cables in 2018, diversified the product by manufacturing cross link polyethylene compound used for insulating power cables on account of its thermal, electrical, and mechanical properties in 2020 further diversified by manufacturing adhesive coating compounds for 3LPE Coating, for coating of industrial pipelines in 2022. The Company was elevated as an approved manufacturer of High Density Polyethylene compounds by a Maharatna CPSE power transmission company for its projects in 2023. It was further enlisted with a Navratna CPSE engineering consultancy company for Adhesive Compound for 3LPE Coating and PE Compound for 3LPE Coating products in October, 2024. The Company since then commenced business operations by exporting the products to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Turkey, USA, Zambia, Bangladesh and Egypt in 202425. Company is planning to issue 1,70,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each through fresh issue by way of IPO.
