Open Offer made by Kiyana Real Estate Pvt Ltd. was made in 201112 pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, which completed on December 2, 2011, by making KIYANA as Promoter of the Company in 2012. Company carried trading in Polyethylene products in India during the period 2013. The Company started the business of Commodities Vehicle Management Services in FY201516. In FY17, it started the ticketing business of providing international domestic ticketing for the international and domestic travels by various clients, It also rendered the real estate related consultancy services in 2017. Company has diversified into other businesses over and above trading in the Automobile Products, like trading in commodities, Vehicle Management Services and Human Resource Consultancy in FY25.
