Antariksh Industries Limited was initially incorporated as Chanakya Investments Limited on October 1, 1974. With necessary shareholders resolution and due approval received from the Registrar of Companies, the name of the Company was changed to Antariksh Industries Limited in 2017. The Companys main business activities are real estate trading activities, especially in Mumbai and nearby suburb areas. The management was confident of business potential in this new venture and hence it achieved decent turnover in 2025. Company has already started taking various labour contracts for construction of warehouses, godowns etc. The Company is into trading activities of various materials which are required for construction of warehouses/ godowns etc. Initially, these activities are carried in and around Mumbai.
