Ajcon Global Services Limited was incorporated in 1986, in Mumbai, as Ajmera Financials and Project Consultants Private Limited with the object of consulting entrepreneurs and established companies in new projects and raising financial resources. In 1994, Company widened its horizon and diversified the business by entering into the Capital Markets. The name of the Company was thereafter changed from Ajmera Financials and Project Consultants Private Limited to Ajcon Capital Markets Limited to reflect the diversified business focus on Capital Markets, which was later changed to Ajcon Global Services Limited to reflect the global reach to financial services activities. The principal business of the Company includes, Stock Broking, Corporate Advisory, Merchant Banking and Depository Participant Service.The Company, went public in January 1995. It became a member in the National Stock Exchange (NSE) to setup the right infrastructure for stock broking/security trading, market research. It developed a strong client base all over the country and presently its securities turnover runs in thousand of crores. In 2004, it expanded the reach from domestic markets to international markets in USA for providing financial services.The Company got registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under the Stock brokers and subbrokers Regulations, 1992 and is a member National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited. The Company acts as a stock broker to execute proprietary trades and also trades on behalf of its clients which include retail customers (including high net worth individuals), financial institutions and corporate clients. It is registered with Central Depository Services (India) Limited in the capacity of Depository Participant. As at March 31, 2023, the Promoters Group owned 67.48 % of the Companys equity share capital.The Company has developed a strong client base all over the country and presently its securities turnover runs in thousand of crores. It is empanelled with L.I.C, UTI, Canara Bank, Canbank Mutual, PNB, Andhra Bank, Bank of India, OBC, Bank of Baroda, Syndicate Bank, Uco Bank, United Western Bank SIDBI, Bank of Rajasthan, Taurus Mutual Fund, Vijaya Bank, Central Bank of India and host of other banks and mutual funds for their secondary market operations on the capital market segment of NSE.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹16.81 crore and profit touched at ₹0.57 crore.
