The public issue of the Qualiance International IPO, an SME IPO, opens on Friday, September 4, 2026 and closes on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. The allotment of shares will take place on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. The credit of shares to the demat account will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026. They began operations as a partnership firm in 1994 and were incorporated as a company in 2006. Their product portfolio includes military uniforms, tactical outerwear, high-visibility workwear, weather-resistant and allweather outerwear, police and border patrol uniforms, protective workwear and performance activewear. Over the past two decades, they have manufactured garments based on product specifications and compliance requirements of European military, government and institutional buyers. Their operations focus on the production of garments developed based on client specifications and performance requirements.

The company earns its revenue through the designing, engineering, manufacturing and export of performance garments for institutional, government and brand clients in international markets.

Qualiance International’s Total Income for FY25 was ₹55.06 crore, whereas in FY24 and FY23 it was ₹38.14 crore and ₹36.16 crore, respectively.

The Profit After Tax for FY25 was ₹4.90 crore, whereas in FY24 and FY23 it was ₹2.84 crore and ₹1.58 crore, respectively.

Their EBITDA for FY25 was ₹7.97 crore, whereas in FY24 and FY23 it was ₹4.86 crore and ₹2.98 crore, respectively.

Qualiance International’s client base is located across Europe, including Switzerland, and North America, including the United States. They supply garments to the various departments of the Government of Switzerland and European brands.

As of 31 March 2025, the company’s Total Income, Profit After Tax, and EBITDA were ₹55.06 crore, ₹4.90 crore, and ₹7.97 crore, respectively.
