Wiscon Industries will open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on 27 October 2026. The company is looking to raise up to ₹110 crore through the public offering. The price band has been fixed at ₹194-204 per share, and investors can place their bids until 29 October.
The anchor book for institutional investors will open on 26 October, a day before the public issue. Wiscon Industries shares are scheduled to list on the Bombay Stock Exchange’s SME platform on 3 November.
The upcoming IPO comprises 53.92 lakh shares, split between a fresh issue of 43.14 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 10.78 lakh shares. Promoter Sidhant Dalmia will sell shares through the OFS.

What Does Wiscon Industries Do?
Based in New Delhi, Wiscon Industries supplies consumer electronic products under its flagship Wiscon brand. Its product range includes LED televisions, air coolers, washing machines and air conditioners.
The company caters to both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) customers in India. The B2B segment accounted for nearly 99% of its revenue in the financial year 2026, while the B2C business contributed the remaining share.
How Will the IPO Proceeds Be Used?
A substantial portion of the fresh issue proceeds is earmarked for the company’s subsidiary, Dalmia Technologies. Wiscon Industries plans to invest ₹50 crore in the subsidiary to fund capital expenditure, including the purchase of plant and machinery, and meet additional working capital requirements.
The company has set aside another ₹17 crore for its own working capital needs. A further ₹5.2 crore will go towards marketing and promotional activities, while the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The proposed investment in Dalmia Technologies is intended to support its equipment requirements and working capital needs. Wiscon Industries IPO will therefore provide funding for these planned expenses, alongside the company’s broader operating requirements.
