EAAA India Alternatives raised ₹360 crore via an anchor book ahead of its IPO opening next week. The allocation of the shares was announced at the upper end of the price band.

EAAA India Alternatives, an alternative asset and investment management company promoted by the Edelweiss Group, has raised ₹360 crore from anchor investors ahead of its ₹1,200-crore initial public offering (IPO).

The company has allocated 21.62 lakh equity shares to anchor investors at the upper end of the price band.

EAAA India Alternatives IPO opens on 26 October 2026 and closes on 28 October 2026. The price band is ₹1,585-1,665 per share.

The anchor book included international investors such as Government Pension Fund Global, Schroder International, Hornbill Capital Advisors, Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas Financial Markets.

The company also allocated 14.14 lakh shares to 10 domestic mutual funds. These included HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC), SBI Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential AMC, Nippon Life India, Kotak Mahindra AMC, Abakkus Asset Manager, HSBC Mutual Fund and Bandhan Mutual Fund.

The EAAA India Alternatives IPO is an offer for sale (OFS) only. Edelweiss Securities and Investments, a promoter entity, is the selling shareholder. As a result, the company will not receive funds from the public issue.

Axis Capital, Jefferies India, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and Nuvama Wealth Management are acting as merchant bankers for the IPO.

EAAA India Alternatives manages long-term capital through two main business areas: real assets and private credit, alongside portfolio management services. Its assets under management (AUM) stood at ₹95,344.8 crore as of June 2026.

The real assets business invests in infrastructure and commercial real estate using equity, quasi-equity and debt instruments. Its private credit division provides financing solutions across different credit needs.
