India's retail credit market is expanding fast. According to the Redseer Report referenced in the RHP, retail loan sanctions are projected to grow at a CAGR of 13-15%, from ₹76.6 trillion in FY2026 to ₹138-151 trillion by FY2031P. Within this, unsecured loans are the faster-growing pocket, expected to grow at a CAGR of 17-19% over the same period. Growth is being led by Middle India and by data-led digital credit.

Digital personal loans are the sharpest edge of this shift. They accounted for around 15% of unsecured personal loans sanctioned in FY2026 and are projected to grow at a CAGR of 26-27% between FY2026 and FY2031P, driven by AI/ML-based underwriting and alternative-data models. Personal loans overall are projected to reach ₹33-36 trillion by FY2031P. Full-stack digital platforms that combine lending, insurance, payments, and investments are emerging as a structurally differentiated model.

Moneyview Limited is positioned within this pocket. The RHP states that the company accounted for approximately 10.5% of total digital unsecured personal loan sanctions and around 1.6% of overall unsecured personal loan sanctions in FY2026, and was the largest full-stack digital lending platform among its digital lending platform peers in India as of FY2025 by assets under management.

Moneyview Limited was founded in 2014 by Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal. It is a consumer-focused, digital-only, credit-led financial services platform for Middle India. Its offerings are structured across four categories — Borrow, Transact, Invest, and Protect — delivered through the Moneyview mobile application. Personal loans, launched in Fiscal 2017, remain the flagship product, offering instant, fully digital loans of up to ₹1.00 million with repayment tenures of up to 60 months.

The Company operates as a lending service provider. As of June 30, 2026, it served 99.04% of pin codes across India with no physical branches and processed close to 200,000 loan applications per day with minimal human intervention. It had 798 employees as of June 30, 2026, with more than 50% in technology and data roles. The platform had monetized 11.90 million users, and the Moneyview application carried a 4.8-star rating on a mobile application store as of June 30, 2026.

Its user base is concentrated in Middle India. As of June 30, 2026, Monetized Users of the personal loan product had an average age of 32 years, and 79.54% resided in Tier 2 and beyond cities. Whizdm Finance Private Limited, the Company's NBFC subsidiary, underwrites and disburses loans directly to borrowers.

  • Registered Users grew from 83.27 million as of March 31, 2024 to 140.28 million as of June 30, 2026, feeding a self-reinforcing flywheel of data, personalisation, and repeat usage.
  • In-house AI/ML models trained on over 100,000 data variables reduced annualised loss rates on facilitated loans from 7.93% in FY 24 to 6.95% in FY 26.
  • Operating expenses as a percentage of total income fell from 56.42% in FY 24 to 34.84% in FY 26, reflecting a scalable, technology-led cost structure.
  • A capital-light lending-service-provider model is supported by 48 Financial Partners, including 22 regulated entities, as of June 30, 2026.
  • Managed AUM under the personal loan programme reached ₹22,520.17 crore as of June 30, 2026, with NBFC subsidiary WFPL contributing 25.12%.
  • Personal loan disbursals grew 31.08% between FY 25 and FY 26, and FY 26 total income rose 43.13% to ₹3,404.27 crore.
  • All portfolio loans facilitated through the platform are unsecured, so a rise in borrower defaults would increase impairment losses and directly reduce profitability.
  • The top ten Financial Partners contributed 37.36% of revenue from operations in FY 26, creating concentration risk if any key partner leaves the platform.
  • Fees and commission income made up 56.68% of revenue from operations in FY 26, so any reduction in commission rates or product volumes would materially lower revenue.
  • The company recorded negative operating cash flows of ₹950.90 crore in FY 26 because loan disbursals are recorded as operating outflows, which could strain liquidity if borrowing access tightens.
  • Gross Stage 3 loans stood at 2.74% of total gross loans as of March 31, 2026, and any further deterioration would raise provisioning and compress earnings.
  • The business operates under a stringent and evolving RBI regulatory framework, and changes to DLG, provisioning, or lending-service-provider rules could restrict operations and raise costs.
