Why are DP charges debited to my ledger?
DP (Depository Participant) charges are applicable for transactions and services related to your Demat account. These charges are levied as per the applicable DP Tariff Sheet and are debited to your trading ledger. The charges may also include applicable fees levied by the depositories, NSDL/CDSL.
