How do I submit my Declaration of Residency and Citizenship Status as a USA/Canada based NRI customer?

As an NRI customer based in the USA or Canada, you are required to declare your residency and citizenship status on Kotak Neo. To submit your declaration, follow the steps given below:

1. Login to your Kotak Neo account via the mobile app or website
   
2. Click on the Profile section from the top right
   
3. Click on Services and go to Compliance & Declarations
   
4. Click on "Declaration of Residency and Citizenship Status"
   
5. Read the declaration carefully and select the option that truly reflects your citizenship/residency status. We rely on you to provide accurate and complete information, so we can serve you better and keep your account compliant.
   
6. Click on Confirm and procced to complete your declaration
   

You will receive a confirmation email once your declaration has been submitted successfully.

Note:

1. This declaration is collected periodically to ensure your records stay current. You will be prompted to reconfirm your status at the next scheduled interval, or sooner if there is any change to the declaration requirements.
   
2. You can also update your declaration anytime using the above path.
