How to activate a dormant account?

To activate your dormant account, you are required to do a Re-KYC.

Before your start:

• Please keep your Aadhaar and Aadhar linked mobile handy for OTP verification.
  
• Ensure you are in a well-lit area to take a clear selfie.
  
• Re-KYC can be done from anywhere within India only.
  

Follow the steps listed below.

1. Click here to begin. Alternatively, after logging in to your Neo account, go to your profile, click on Services and go to Reactivate dormant account
   
2. Verify your personal details and modify if required
   
3. Select your correct income range
   
4. Proceed to fetch your address through DigiLocker
   
5. Capture a clear selfie (Selfie should be of the primary account holder)
   
6. e-Sign the request and submit
   

Account will be activated within 4 working days, subject to further acceptance.
