In December 2021, the Company made a public issue of 5,36,000 Equity Shares by raising funds aggregating to Rs. 4.40 Crore. Initially, Company was engaged in the business of providing IoT platforms for enterprise voice and integration with video cloud to global telecom service providers. Since the business became unviable it has been closed effective March 31st 2025. Presently, Company is focusing on becoming an original design house in Power Electronics and related field.The Company offer comprehensive suite of telephony services, covering every voicebased solution that an enterprise needs. It deliver endtoend Cloud Telephony solutions for Enterprises. The Company is a cloud based Unified Conferencing Company providing relevant communication platforms that helps enterprise to connect, converge and converse with users and partners across the globe.
