Subsequently, M/s Vision Infra converted from the Partnership Firm to a Public Limited Company in the name of Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Limited pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated January 12, 2024, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune, Maharashtra.Company is a comprehensive provider of construction and infrastructure equipment solutions through two integrated business lines: Rental of Infrastructure Equipment and Refurbishment and Trading of Used Equipment. VIESLs business strategy is centered on strengthening its position as a dependable and integrated equipment solutions provider for infrastructure development, with an emphasis on sustainable value creation, asset efficiency, and geographic scale. The focus is on pavers, milling machines, soil stabilizers, slipform pavers, and crushers aligned with client needs and project mix. Notably, VIESL operates one of the largest fleets of asphalt and concrete pavers in the country, enabling it to serve multiple highvolume road projects simultaneously. Telematics and predictive diagnostics are being adopted to enhance utilization and ensure proactive servicing.The Company launched the IPO by issuing 65,16,000 equity shares of Rs 10 and raised Rs 106.21 crores on September 11, 2024. In 2025, Company added asphalt batching plant, concrete pavers onetoone concrete laying solution, piling rig services, milling, soil stabilization and crushing services.
