Sansera Engineering Limited was incorporated as Sansera Engineering Private Limited on 15 December, 1981 at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India as a Private Limited Company. The Company converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Sansera Engineering Limited. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore on 29 June, 2018. Sansera Engineering Limited is an engineeringled integrated manufacturer of complex and critical precision engineered components across automotive and nonautomotive sectors. Within the automotive sector, the Company manufactures and supply a range of precision forged and machined components and assemblies, such as connecting rod, rocker arm, crankshaft, gear shifter fork, stem comp, and aluminium forged parts, that are critical for engine, transmission, suspension, braking, chassis and other systems for the twowheeler, passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle verticals. Within the nonautomotive sector, the company manufactures and supply a range of precision components for the aerospace, offroad, agriculture and other segments, including engineering and capital goods.The Company commissioned a dedicated facility for xEV parts at Bangalore in 202122. The Company raised funds from public through IPO by issuing 17244328 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs 2/ each aggregating to Rs 1282.5 Crore in September, 2021.The Company launched a new construction facility for machining line of aluminiumforged parts in 2022. The Company started operations of a new machining facility at Plant 11, Bidadi in 202324. It further commissioned new aerospace anddefence plant, which is 4X of the current facility in 2023. The Company made a strategic investment of Rs 20 Crore in MMRFIC Technology Private Limited making it an Associate of the Company in January, 2024.In FY 2025, Company started supply of semiconductor products. It began construction to expand the Pantnagar Plant.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹3037.01 crore and profit touched at ₹216.09 crore. As of Mar '26, Sansera Engineering’s market capitalisation stood at ₹16,061.10 crores. Shareholding as of Mar '26 shows promoters holding 30.1%, with FIIs at 18.8%, DIIs at 35.4%, and public at 15.7%.
