Jain Resource Recycling Limited (JRRL) was originally incorporated as a partnership firm in April, 1953 as Jain Metal Rolling Mills via Partnership Deed dated April 1, 1993, and subsequently converted into a private Limited Company on February 25, 2022. Thereafter, the status of the Company got converted into a Public Limited Company as Jain Resource Recycling Limited via fresh Certificate of incorporation on February 25, 2025, issued by the Registrar of Companies.Over seven decades, Jain Metal Group has established itself as a pioneer in the recycling and production of nonferrous metals in India. The Company commenced its recycling and refining operations under the erstwhile partnership firm in 2013 and is primarily engaged in the business of recycling scraps of nonferrous metals, and nonmetallic materials. The Company is amongst the two recycling companies in India to get its lead ingot registered as a brand by the London Metal Exchange to supply the products in global markets. The key raw materials include: (i) lead scrap rains, lead scrap rinks, lead scrap relay and lead scrap radio for lead products (ii) copper scrap druid, copper scrap berry and copper scrap birch for copper products (iii) aluminium scrap tread, aluminium scarp talon and aluminium scrap tense for aluminium products. Recycling operations are vertically integrated with endtoend recycling processes wherein raw materials are procured both domestically and internationally. The Company expanded operations by setting up a copper cable recycling unit in 2018. It ventured into aluminium recycling by forming a subsidiary, Jain Green Technologies Private Limited. It initiated the supply of aluminium alloys to customers in hot molten form in 2023. It later, acquired stake in a foreign subsidiary, Jain Ikon Global Ventures (FZC) in Sharjah, UAE for expansion of operations in gold refining during the year. The Company has commissioned Gold Refining Facility in UAE in 2024. At present, Jain Recycling Private Limited has amalgamated with the Company, via Scheme of Amalgamation from April 1, 2024 and the said Scheme is made effective from January 31. 2025. Company launched the initial public offering of 53,879,309 equity shares having the face value of Rs 2 each, by raising funds aggregating to Rs 1250 Cr., comprising a fresh issue of 21,551,724 equity shares aggregating to Rs 500 Cr and the offer for sale of 32,327,585 equity shares aggregating to Rs 750 Cr in September 2025.The Anode Phase was commissioned in February 2026 with an initial capacity of 800 MT per month. The Board approved acquiring a 25% stake in Abraj Al Khaleej, Kuwait, to support battery dismantling and segregation before final recycling in India. Tin recovery capacity has increased from 125 MTPA to 500 MTPA following the installation of an additional vacuum distillation furnace. Copper anode production commenced in March 2026 at Jain Green Technologies Unit 3, making the entry into copper manufacturing business.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹9571.48 crore and profit touched at ₹353.16 crore. As of Jun '26, Jain Resource Recycling’s market capitalisation stood at ₹9,591.66 crores. Shareholding as of Jun '26 shows promoters holding 73.6%, with FIIs at 1.2%, DIIs at 9.8%, and public at 15.4%.
