During the year 201819, the process of acquisition of equity shares of Kolkata based NonBanking Financial Company namely Ansu Trade Fiscals Private Limited (ATFPL) was completed in the month of July 2019. The Company acquired 18,59,630 equity shares of Rs. 10/ each of Ansu Trade Fiscals Private Limited from the shareholders of ATFPL. With this purchase of shares, Ansu Trade Fiscals Private Limited has become the wholly owned subsidiary of Arco Leasing Limited w.e.f. July 31, 2019.Arco Leasing Limited is a comprehensive leasing and asset finance company specializing in hire purchase, lease financing, and asset management solutions. It deal in a wide range of assets including plant and machinery, vehicles, equipment, real estate, and consumer and industrial goods whether new or used. Services cover financing, purchase, leasing, resale, and maintenance support across diverse sectors.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹0.19 crore and profit touched at ₹0.01 crore.
