Aimtron Electronics Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on April 19, 2011 and was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 31, 2023, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.The Company is engaged in providing products and solutions towards electronics system design and manufacturing (ESDM) services with a focus on high value precision engineering products. It provide product and solutions right from printed circuit board (PCB) design and assembly to the manufacturing of complete electronic systems, to certain domestic and global manufacturers located in India, United States of America, Hongkong, United Kingdom, Spain, Mexico. These ESDM products and services are essential for industrial automation, electric vehicle mobility, IoT and embedded systems, medtech and wearables, gaming, robotics etc. They provide monitoring and control various functions of machines to define, organize, and meet production objectives. The enduse industries comprise mainly: Industrial sector, Medical Healthcare Equipment, Automobiles, Power, Gaming, Drones and UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) etc.The Company started in 2011 as a pure play PCB designer and assembler. It operate through 2 manufacturing facilities, one in Vadodara, Gujarat and the other in Bengaluru, Karnataka. There manufacturing facilities include engineered layout with process controls and necessary automation for quality and productivity. The facilities support manufacturing of microelectronic components to gigantic box build assemblies. The Company launched an IPO by issuing 54,04,800 Equity Shares having the face value Rs 10 by raising funds aggregating to Rs 87.01 Crore in June, 2024.Company expanded production capacity with the addition of a new SMT line in FY 2025. Company incorporated Aimtron Electronics LLC, a Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in the State of Texas, United States of America and commenced operations from January, 2025.The Company acquired Aimtron Electronics LLC, Texas, USA, a wholly owned subsidiary in 2026. In FY 2026, Company acquired the US based ESDM and ODM company, Aimtron International Controls (AIC) to enhance the access in global markets.
