Rosmerta Digital Services IPO

Initial public offering up to 1,40,36,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each (Equity Shares) of Rosmerta Digital Services Limited (RDSL or the Company) for cash at a price of Rs. []/- per equity share (the Issue Price), aggregating to Rs. [] crores (The Issue). Out of the issue, up to 7,03,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of up to 1,33,33,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each at an issue price of Rs. []/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. [*] crores is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.44% and 25.12%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 140 to Rs. 147 per equity share of face value of Rs. 2 each. The Floor price is 70 times the face value of the equity shares and cap price is 73.50 times the face value of the equity shares. Bid can be made for a minimum of 1000 equity shares and in multiples of 1000 equity shares.
