Arcade gaming zones led with a 40% share in FY 2025, translating to roughly ₹20.4 billion, while bowling alleys accounted for 22%, or about ₹11.2 billion. Multi-format centres are gaining ground. The market is projected to grow from ₹50.9 billion in FY 2025 to ₹93.7 billion by FY 2030, implying a CAGR of 13.0% over FY 2025–30. Annual additions are expected to accelerate. Non-metro markets and larger average centre sizes are expected to contribute more of the growth. As a distributor and installer of amusement equipment and an operator of owned entertainment destinations, the company is positioned across the value chain that underpins this expansion.

The company sources, trades and distributes amusement and leisure equipment across India and overseas. Its portfolio spans bowling solutions, arcade games, soft play areas, trampoline parks, laser tag systems, bumper cars, go-karting systems and cashless gaming systems. It also provides installation, commissioning, maintenance and advisory services. Two verticals organise the business: distribution, supply and installation; and consultancy and management services.

The company is the authorised distributor of Brunswick Bowling Products LLC across India, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, an arrangement first entered into for India on January 1, 2010 and expanded to the three South-East Asian territories on August 28, 2025. Brunswick bowling equipment contributed 50.21% of revenue from operations in FY 26. It also sources from international manufacturers including Baohui, Coastal Amusements, Elaut, Intercard, Bandai Namco and Sega.

Family entertainment centres are the company's largest customer segment, accounting for 87.47% of revenue from operations in FY 26. Revenue is geographically concentrated in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Telangana.

  • Exclusive distributorship for Brunswick Bowling products in India.
  • Comprehensive end-to-end amusement and entertainment solutions platform with integrated consultancy and operations management capabilities.
  • Experience across diverse leisure and hospitality segments.
  • Forward Integration through the Establishment of our Owned Entertainment Centres under the “Duckpin – The Bowling Bistro” and “All Sett Go” Brands.
  • Established relationships with international equipment manufacturers.
  • Purchases are concentrated among a limited number of international manufacturers, and disruption to these supplier relationships could affect the Company's ability to fulfil orders.
  • Revenue depends heavily on the Brunswick distributorship, and any termination or non-renewal of that arrangement would remove a large share of bowling-solutions revenue.
  • The company recorded negative net cash flows from operating, investing and financing activities in certain past years, which could constrain liquidity if it recurs.
  • Revenue is geographically concentrated in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Telangana, exposing the Company to adverse local economic or regulatory developments in those states.
