How can I transfer funds using IMPS/NEFT/RTGS?

Follow the steps below to transfer funds using IMPS/NEFT/RTGS:

1. On the Funds page, if you are a first-time user, you will be prompted to select a payment method. For returning users, a payment method is pre-selected by default. Click on the payment method to go to the next screen where all available payment options will be displayed.
   
2. Select IMPS/NEFT/RTGS from the list of available options.
   
3. You will find the beneficiary details of Kotak Neo on this screen. Add Kotak Neo as a beneficiary in your bank's net banking portal using these details. This is a one-time setup — once done, you can initiate transfers at any time.
   
4. Log in to your bank's net banking portal and initiate the transfer to Kotak Neo using your linked bank account.
   
5. Please ensure you transfer funds only from a bank account linked to your Kotak Neo trading account. Transfers from any other account will not be accepted and will be reversed.
   

Please note:

• Funds transferred via IMPS and RTGS are credited within 5 minutes
  
• NEFT transfers may take up to 2-4 hours depending on your bank
  

We recommend using Kotak Instant Transfer, UPI, or Netbanking for a faster and more convenient fund transfer experience.
