What happens to long positions in commodity future contract expiry on the first day of the tender period?
On the first day of the tender period for commodity future contracts, all long positions will be liquidated by the Risk Management team (RMS) post 5pm. To avoid physical delivery, it is advised to square off your position before this deadline. Please note that no trading will be allowed from this day.
