EPPS Infotech IPO

Initial public offer of upto 25,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (the equity shares) of EPPS Infotech Limited (the company or the issuer) at an issue price of Rs.[] per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs.[] crores comprising of fresh issue of upto 25,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.
