The public issue of the Crazy Snacks IPO, an SME IPO, opens on Thursday, June 25, 2026 and closes on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. The allotment of shares will take place on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The credit of shares to the demat account will take place on Thursday, July 2, 2026. The initiation of refunds will take place on Thursday, July 2, 2026. The offer consists of both a fresh issue and an offer for sale component. The fresh issue will include 0.60 crore shares aggregating to ₹25.20 crores. The offer for sale portion includes 0.15 crore shares aggregating to ₹6.28 crores. The total number of shares and aggregate amount are 74,94,000 shares aggregating up to ₹31 crores.

Crazy Snacks IPO’s price band is set at ₹39 to ₹42 per share. The lot size for an application is 3,000 shares. The minimum amount of investment required by a retail investor is ₹2,52,000 (6,000 shares) (based on upper price). The minimum lot size investment for HNI is 3 lots (9,000 shares), amounting to ₹3,78,000.

Crazy Snacks offers a wide range of bakery products to meet the everyday needs of Indian consumers. Their portfolio includes bread, buns, cakes, and rusks, with 150 products priced between ₹2 and ₹170. They focus on providing affordable, high-quality options that cater to different tastes, making their products a reliable choice for households.

Their rusks, produced under both Crazy Snacks and Crazy Bakery Udyog, are a key part of their range, offering a convenient snack for customers. In their subsidiary, Crazy Bakery Udyog Private Limited, they specialise in a variety of snacks, including namkeen, chips, popcorn, and potato sticks, with 147 products priced between ₹2 and ₹150. They aim to offer snacks that blend traditional and contemporary flavours to suit different preferences. With a strong presence in North India, they ensure their products are widely available to meet the snacking needs of customers.

Crazy Snacks ’s Total Income for FY24 was ₹129.075 crores, whereas in FY23 and FY22 it was ₹89.168 crores and ₹77.971 crores, respectively.

The Profit After Tax for FY24 was ₹5.316 crores, whereas in FY23 and FY22 it was ₹3.541 crores and ₹2.114 crores, respectively.

Their EBITDA for FY24 was ₹14.288 crores, whereas in FY23 and FY22 it was ₹10.839 crores and ₹2.970 crores, respectively.

They primarily operate in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, which together account for nearly 97% of their consolidated revenue from operations in FY 2024, highlighting the importance of these regions to their business. Their two manufacturing facilities are strategically located to serve customers effectively across these areas.

Their extensive distribution network, comprising 999 distributors, enables them to cover both urban and rural areas of North India comprehensively. Additionally, this network, supported by a fleet of 35 vehicles, facilitates the timely and reliable delivery of their snacks and bakery products, helping to meet growing consumer demand.

As of 31 March 2024, the company’s Total Income, Profit After Tax, and EBITDA were ₹129.075 crores, ₹5.316 crores, and ₹14.288 crores, respectively.
