Coreintegra is a comprehensive human resource solutions provider offering staffing, payroll outsourcing, labour law compliance, and proprietary HR-Tech solutions under a single umbrella. It serves clients across more than 30 industries through five verticals: HR Services, Vendor Management Services, Compliance and Advisory, Reg Tech, and HR Tech Solutions.

  • Augmenting the leadership team of the company.
  • Enhancing the visibility and awareness of the company’s brand.
  • Capital expenditure towards upgrading the existing IT infrastructure.
  • General corporate purposes.

India’s human resource and compliance services market is large and expanding. It generated ₹133 thousand crore in FY20 and grew to ₹232 thousand crore in FY25, a CAGR of 11.9% over that period. This spans staffing and recruitment, compliance outsourcing, HR-Tech, and other segments.

Growth is accelerating. The market is projected to reach ₹443 thousand crore by FY30, expanding at a CAGR of 13.8% between FY25 and FY30 (Source: Industry Overview, Figure E.1.2). Staffing and recruitment remains the largest contributor and is projected to nearly double from ₹216 thousand crore in FY25 to ₹417 thousand crore in FY30, growing at 14.0%.

Smaller segments are growing faster. Compliance outsourcing was the fastest-growing segment over FY20–FY25, nearly doubling from ₹1.3 thousand crore to ₹2.7 thousand crore at a CAGR of 15.5%. India’s HR-Tech market grew from ₹4.9 thousand crore in FY20 to ₹9.5 thousand crore in FY25, a CAGR of 14.1%, driven by labour law digitisation, wage code enforcement, and rising demand for SaaS-based compliance platforms. Coreintegra operates across each of these segments, positioning it to benefit from the shift toward integrated, technology-led HR and compliance services.

Coreintegra is one of the few integrated players offering staffing, payroll outsourcing, labour law compliance, and proprietary HR-Tech solutions under a single umbrella. Its services span recruitment, staffing, payroll processing, HR advisory, licences and registrations, policy drafting, and just-in-time hiring. The company organises these offerings across five verticals: HR Services, Vendor Management Services, Compliance and Advisory, Reg Tech, and HR Tech Solutions. Technology sits at the core. Between Fiscal 2024 and Fiscal 2026, Coreintegra served more than 600 customers across over 30 industries, spanning 23 states and 4 union territories and more than 1,500 client locations through a network of 7 branch offices.

  • The Company has built four proprietary technology platforms in-house, Ctrl-F, CoreX, Core PFT, and Core Pay, covering the full human-resource value chain.
  • Deep domain expertise is delivered across more than 30 industries, from IT/ITES and infrastructure to banking, defence, and healthcare.
  • Integrated offerings give customers a single point of access for multiple HR needs, reducing their reliance on several separate service providers.
  • An asset-light, scalable operating model with low capital expenditure supports growth without heavy fixed-cost commitments.
  • Long-standing client relationships anchor the business, with the top 10 customers by Fiscal 2026 revenue each associated with the company for more than three years.
  • The company’s top five customers contributed about 89.31% of revenue in Fiscal 2026, so the loss of any one of them could sharply reduce revenue.
  • Client contracts are generally short in duration and contain termination provisions, so future revenue from existing clients is not assured.
  • A security breach or cyberattack on the company’s IT platforms could create liabilities and damage client trust, given the sensitive payroll and compliance data it handles.
  • The business is manpower-intensive, and an inability to attract and retain skilled personnel could impair service delivery and growth.
  • Critical operations depend on the company’s proprietary technology, and any failure to properly maintain or upgrade it could disrupt client services.
  • Net cash flow from operating activities was negative at ₹3.05 crore in Fiscal 2026, which could pressure liquidity if the trend continues.
