Chiraharit IPO

Initial public offer of up to 1,48,00,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each (Equity Shares) of Chiraharit Limited (the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 26/- per equity share, including a share premium of Rs. 25/- per equity share (the Issue Price), aggregating to Rs. 38.48 crores (the Issue), of which 7,40,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 26/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 1.92 crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 1,40,60,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 26/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 36.56 crores is here in after referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.01 % and 25.66 % respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Re. 1/- each and the issue price is Rs. 26/- each i.e., 26 times of the face value of the equity shares. the minimum lot size is 4,000 equity shares.
