KSL partnered with Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities (“AYJNISHD) to support the families with children who have CI under ADIP scheme for mainstream education, to improve their quality of life through uninterrupted use of cochlear implants continuous listening under this Project.
This includes supporting the families for the following:
- Purchase of new processor in lost processor cases where ADIP scheme is not offering any financial support.
- Purchase of accessories of implant beyond warranty.
- Servicing and repair of implant beyond warranty.
- Repair & purchase of the processor which were spoilt/damaged & obsolete in recent times.
Under this project a total of 120 patients will be benefitted through procuring processors, repair & purchase of accessories & processors which were spoilt/damaged & obsolete in recent times.
