A D S Diagnostic Ltd was incorporated on 23rd June 1984 as a Private Limited Company under the name of Indian Cancer Detection Research Institute Pvt. Ltd., Subsequently the name of Company was changed to ADS Diagnostic Ltd. The company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 1st November, 1985. The company is headquartered in New Delhi, India.The ADS Medical Systems is a Unit of ADS Diagnostic Ltd. The company supplies and trades medical equipment. It offers patient monitoring systems and ultrasound machines.The company was promoted by Late Dr. Arjun Dev Sehgal, a world renowned Neurological Surgeon. Dr. A.D. Sehgal MBBS, D.A.B.N.S (USA), F.A.C.S., F.I.C.S., M.C.N.S was a well known name in the medical filed and had been instrumental in setting up large national projects such as Brain C.T. Scan Centers and Whole Body Scan Centers in Delhi, Bombay, Calcutta, Ahmedabad, Cochin, Indore and Lucknow.Presently, the organization are being managed by following veteran Directors, who have versed knowledge business experience in Medical Field.
