Stocks To Watch On 27 July 2026: Bank of Baroda, Lodha Developers, KFin Technologies And More

Bank of Baroda, Lodha Developers, KFin Technologies, Jindal Steel, Tata Consumer, REC, Bank of India and other companies remain in focus after Q1 FY27 earnings ahead of Monday's trading.

Indian equity markets ended Friday on a weak note due to persistent foreign investor selling and cautious sentiment surrounding global geopolitical developments. The Sensex closed at 76,059.77, while the Nifty 50 settled at 23,767.45.

Bank of Baroda

Bank of Baroda reported a subdued performance for the first quarter of FY27, with net profit declining sharply to ₹1,278 crore after the bank recognised a one-off exceptional loss of ₹5,680 crore linked to the settlement of the NMC litigation.

Lodha Developers

Lodha Developers reported a robust set of quarterly results, with consolidated net profit more than doubling to ₹1,372.1 crore. Revenue rose 43.1% year on year to ₹4,997 crore, while Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) climbed 95.3% to ₹1,922.4 crore.

KFin Technologies

The company delivered mixed first-quarter results. Revenue increased 30.1% year on year to ₹356.5 crore, while EBITDA rose 7.1% to ₹122 crore. However, net profit slipped 2.6% to ₹75.2 crore and EBITDA margin narrowed to 34.2% from 41.5% a year earlier, reflecting higher operating costs.

Jindal Steel

Jindal Steel recorded a challenging quarter, with net profit declining 43.6% year on year to ₹844 crore. Although revenue grew 25.9% to ₹15,482 crore, EBITDA fell 11.5% to ₹2,660.4 crore, resulting in EBITDA margin contracting to 17.18% from 24.43% in the corresponding quarter last year.

Tata Consumer Products

Tata Consumer Products reported a strong operational performance during the quarter. Net profit rose 27.8% year on year to ₹427 crore, while revenue increased 11.9% to ₹5,348.8 crore. EBITDA climbed 19.9% to ₹724 crore, with margin improving to 13.5%, supported by healthy growth in India's branded business.

Container Corporation of India (CONCOR)

Container Corporation of India reported a largely stable quarter. Net profit remained broadly unchanged at ₹266.5 crore, while revenue edged up 0.3% to ₹2,160 crore. EBITDA increased 2.7% to ₹444.3 crore, with EBITDA margin improving to 21% from 20.1% in the previous year.

Shree Digvijay Cement

Shree Digvijay Cement posted mixed financial results. Revenue surged 72.1% year on year to ₹337.3 crore, while EBITDA increased 22.8%. However, net profit declined 50.5% to ₹6.8 crore, and EBITDA margin contracted to 8.66% from 12.14%.

REC

The company reported a weaker first quarter, with net profit declining 6% year on year to ₹4,192.7 crore. Net interest income also fell 4% to ₹5,453 crore, reflecting pressure on lending margins during the period.

Bank of India

Bank of India delivered a strong quarterly performance. Net profit rose 36% year on year to ₹3,068 crore, while net interest income increased 13% to ₹6,833 crore. The bank also reported improved asset quality, with gross and net non-performing asset ratios declining to 1.81% and 0.51%, respectively.

DCB Bank

DCB Bank reported healthy growth during the quarter. Net profit increased 35.6% year on year to ₹213.2 crore, supported by a 17.8% rise in net interest income to ₹684 crore. Asset quality improved on a sequential basis, while provisions declined significantly compared with the previous year.
